| Computer irritate me, as you may well have noticed
you have a blank email from me. It's the computers way of
saying "go home, turn me off, leave me alone, your
supposed to be on vacation!" I on the other hand
needed to do some work, so the computer will just have to
suffer. Vacation has been uneventful. I have wasted by
time by laying bed, venturing out to eat at a few places,
heading back to several markets, checking out Wal-Mart,
watching a couple dozen movies, sleeping, sleeping,
sleeping, and a little work. I wanted to go to Busan, or somewhere, but I still dont'
know how to take the trains, and the weather was hot,
only about 100,000 people on the beach in Busan. So I
nice time at home was had by me. As we speak I am finishing up my vacation. I've made a
few new acquaintances (how do you spell that) have
finished off my class schedule for the next five weeks,
and am still trying to join the gym, without luck. I did find a nice sushi restaurant which wasn't to
bad, except all the Korean tried to feed me because the
did not think I knew what sushi was, what chopsticks
were, and in general acted liked I must have never seen a
Korean in my life, when in fact I've seen at least two. I have been eating ice-cream, yummy, while vegging in
my hot apartment. I have as of yet not drawn anything, as
I am waiting for my inspiration to return, it will
eventually. When I buy a camera I will send a picture
every once in a while, as I seem to be seeing allot but
have no memory of it. In other news the kimbob ladies were quite pleased
with me today. I'm not sure if you are familiar with the
kimbop ladies but they are who I buy kimbop from on a
regular, dare I say, daily basis. They make the best
kimbop. Occasionally if I seem to be sad they will give
me a special drink which is orange and tastes like
children's Tylenol, sometimes they try to talk to me.
This vacation I managed to find sunglasses so I went to
get kimbop with my sunglasses on. They laughed and
insisted I let them try them on...they seemed very
pleased by the sunglasses and acted as if they had never
seen sunglasses before, which amused me. Then my favorite kimbop lady, she is a little shorter,
has crazy hair and is a little older than the other
kimbop lady who is younger, a bit rounder, a bit taller,
and a bit less talkative, but who seems to know at least
some English. Anyway, my favorite kimbop lady grabbed my
hand and preceded to paint each of my fingernails with a
light pale pink nail polish and really seemed rather
pleased that I was willing to stand there, lunch in hand
feeling quite silly, and let her. I bought to cute little silver rings, for about
9000 all together, and tonight will go downtown to see
how Jenny's vacation was over beer and possibly
dancing. I did manage to find a Lemony Snicket book
in English so I bought it and read it, and must say, that
it was quite unfortunate. Now if I can just manage to
read the Harry Potter books. |
